Pre-Closing Inspection (Home Buyers)
A Pre-Closing Home Inspection will benefit you in ways that you can stand on for years to come. Your Home Inspection will be conducted with the latest tools and technology in the industry. All readily assessible systems and components from the roof to the foundation on the exterior including Decks, Verandas, Crawlspaces and Detached Garages are within the scope of the inspection. All Interior components and installations including conditioned/unconditioned Attics, conditioned/unconditioned Basements, Kitchen Appliances and Whole House Ventilation are also within the scope of the Home Inspection. The client will be notified within 24 hours of there completed Home Inspection report.
Pre-Drywall Inspection (New Construction)
Builder's and contractors are human, intentional and unintentional mistakes sometimes can be overlooked! A Pre-Drywall Inspection of the Structure, Electrical, Plumbing Supply, Wall Framing, Window Sealants & Flashings, HVAC Air Ducts & Registers, Air Vaper Retarders & Barriers are within the scope and will confirm your build! Including Condominiums, Townhouses, Single Family & Multi Family homes and Estates. The client will be notified within 24 hours of there completed Pre-Drywall property inspection report.
4 Point Inspection (Specific to Coverages)
Our 4 Point Inspection includes a full assessment of your properties major components including HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing and the Roof Assembly. DJI Air 2 s (Drone), Multi-surface Moisture Meter, FLIR series Thermal Imaging and Digital Laser Infrared Thermometer included. The client will be notified within 24 hours of the there completed 4 Point Inspection report.
Well Water Sampling
Potable water supply is most important in our dwellings. Whether it be for drinking, washing dishes, laundry or showering we need to be sure that the water supply is up to health code and not contaminated with any bad bacteria(s), nitrates or heavy metals. Our Well samples are collected and shipped same day if applicable to our trusted scientific laboratory affiliate for analysis. Result turnaround confirmations vary dependent upon severity.
Radon Testing
Confirm you and your family are living in a healthy environment by requesting a Housefacts Radon Test! We work with NRPP SunRadon Labs technology and equipment. Our monitor will be stationed for a minimum 48 hours upon arrival. After the monitoring is fully completed an official report will be generated for your review.
Builder Warranty
New construction properties can also present there disadvantages. Most builders will honor defects that occur within the 1st year of the purchase. We recommend having your dwelling inspected no more than 11 months prior to your 1 year closing date. All the issues that have occurred we will include in your inspection report for you to submit to the builder.
